Upon cancelling our plans to travel east for the fall due to motorhome mechanical issues, we chose to enjoy the days off Hannah & Micheal had at a closer destination. We had been through this park on a motorcycle trip with them a couple years ago and thought it a great place to return.
Duane & Micheal rode their motorcycles while Hannah & I traveled together. Of course the playground was the first to be checked out!
We saw bats & a woodchuck!
This park is known for fly fishing for trout!
Breakfast outside on the picnic table & more park!
Some great jump shots, then we went on a hike.
Yikes, Hannah warned us when she saw this varmit! Then we got to see a fisherman in action!
We went canoeing! It was a lot of fun. Guess who got the wettest! The boys capsized!
Thankfully we had already stopped & enjoyed our lunch! The kids enjoyed stopping & swimming several times. We saw lots of turtles!
What a great memorable time we had!
Jaycub & I took an early morning stroll while the fog rolled through the valley.
We took a tour of the fish hatchery & of course fed the fish!
In a set of 10 pics, Trinity face is the only one that changed. It was so cute!
More walks. The great restaurant we enjoyed several meals at!
Pawpaw & his trout!
Kaylee & I took a morning walk by the river.
We went to Onondaga SP & toured the magnificent cave there! A real wonder.
Then we came back through Cuba to look at the town’s murals. Amelia Earhart had to make an emergency stop there once.
We enjoyed our spontaneous trip to Bennett Spring SP.
